JUIT has signed an MOU with Aether Semiconductors Ltd. Mohali. This collaboration intends to address the semiconductor industry and academia gaps. This MoU will be helpful in the facilitation of joint research and training activities.
Manav Modi, and Ekal Sharma, B.Tech, Final year ECE, JUIT were selected for the CHANAKYA UG fellowship, sponsored by iHUB Divya Sampark set up under NM-ICPS at IIT Roorkee. Their project is on "Bridge Safety Systems" is started from September 2023 for six months. For the six months they will receive a remuneration of INR 10,000/- per month.

A team of following students participated in the prestigious e-Yantra Robotics National Competition (eYRC 2021-22) conducted by CSE Dept of IIT Bombay and has successfully completed all the assigned tasks in the Dairy Bike theme.

Out of 43 total eligible participating students from 2021 passing batch, 100% placements achieved with highest salary package of 9 LPA by ZS Associates.
Out of 74 total eligible participating students from 2020 passing batch, 73 students received placements with highest salary package of 13 LPA by Zscaler.
13 LPA is the highest package, 5.6 LPA is the median package and 3.5 LPA is lowest package offered by core Electronic Companies during the last three years.
15 students from 2021 passing batch and 5 students from 2020 passing batch opted for higher studies in India as well as in abroad through GATE and other competitive examinations.
